According to JobVite Research, more than half of recruiters have been ghosted AFTER a candidate accepted an offer. Unfathomable! It’s happened more in larger companies (61%) than smaller companies (51%). But should that EVER happen? Maybe if a candidate is under extreme duress but that likely only accounts for a very small percentage.

Just because you get an offer, doesn’t mean you should take it or that you are wrong for rejecting it – has to work for BOTH sides.
